It's a priority that you are happy with your purchase and if for any reason this piece isn't for you please contact us email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your piece. Otherwise a credit will be issued.
It would also be helpful to let me know why the piece wasn't right for you. A quick note is greatly appreciated.
I will process returns as soon as they are received and will send an email confirmation. Due to credit card cycles, it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account.
Sorry no CODs, please return it insured and pre-paid in the same sold condition, with the original packaging and with the receipt.

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving. Like returns, send them in the same sold condition, in the original packaging and receipt.
