Shipping is free in Canada and USA for all orders over $55. All packages is sent via Canada Post with tracking....If for any reason your package is returned to us we will re-shipped to you.
It is very important to me that you are happy with your jewelry. If you are unhappy with your purchase - I will gladly give you a refund, credit or repair so long as they are unworn, undamaged and in a original condition - Note earrings are excluded from the returns policy due to hygiene reasons.
Return the pieces back in the same package you received them in.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping. A tracking number is recommended, as we are unfortunately able to cover packages lost in the mail.
Items purchased as a gift may only be exchanged for store credit. Custom orders and sale items are final sale.
Sometimes, refund processing take longer than we like however a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
