It is very important to me that you are happy with your jewelry. If you are unhappy with your purchase - I will gladly give you a refund, credit or repair.
Return the pieces back in the same package you received them in. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will email you a prepaid postage for your package.
Sometimes, refund processing take longer than we like however a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
