Shipping and Returns
Shipping is free in Canada and USA for all orders over $125usd. All packages are sent USPS with tracking....If for any reason your package is returned to us we will re-shipped to you.
It's important that you are happy with your jewelry. If the piece chosen doesn't suit you or your guest, I'll gladly give you a refund, credit or repair so long as they are unworn, undamaged and in original condition - Due to hygienic earrings are not refundable.
Return the pieces back in the same package you received them in.
The customer will be responsible for contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return shipping label.
Items purchased as a gift may only be exchanged for store credit. Custom orders and sale items are final sale.
Refunds will be credited automatically to your original payment method.
Sometimes, refund processing takes longer than we like however, if you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
